About us

It started on a plane.

I was sitting next to a woman I'll call Jane — a stranger for about the first ten minutes, and then not a stranger at all. Somewhere between takeoff and landing, we got into the kind of conversation you don't plan for: real, unfiltered, the kind women have when nobody's performing for anybody.

Jane had an idea. A show, a space, a place where women could talk about the things that actually take up their minds — faith, money, caregiving, the businesses they're scared to start, the funding they didn't know existed. She'd had the idea for a while. She just never built it.

I couldn't stop thinking about it after we landed.

So I did.

Her Conversations exists because a stranger on a plane reminded me that most women are one real conversation away from the thing they've been circling for years. Jane never got to build hers. I got to build mine — and I built it for every woman who's had an idea sitting in her the way Jane's idea sat in her, waiting for a runway.

This show, this community, Hermajesty's Vault — all of it started in a window seat, because a conversation is sometimes all it takes.
